Zavian serves as Trustee to SafeSport International, Advisory Board Member of Spry, an NIL Platform, appointed to FIFA’s Player Counsel group, FIFPRO DE&I Committee and formerly on the USA Dance NGB Task Force. Named Who’s Who in Sports Legal (2021 and 2022) and teaches leadership/ entrepreneurship for the US Embassy in Cyprus. Currently, General Counsel of USA Lacrosse.  Zavian's son, Justus, is a breaker and Zavian was instrumental in moving the conversation in 2012 to try to get breaking in the Olympics.
